The beginning of my many whys came along just four short years ago. My daughter had been conceived during my first engagement & fell a victim to modern medicine. We have worked many many years healing her gut, mind & body.( You can read more about that on Our Story. )As the years went on, God convicted my heart to become educated on many wordly things & grow closer to him in doing so. I learned that all of the years I had spent longing to grow up and live as our grandparents did, all of the times I've heard people & song lyrics wish we could go back.. that thats exactly what was needed here. A too dependent world has been created of the world God created with the intention of it being perfect AS IT IS. I learned that the only interest I have for myself and my family in this temporary toxic world is to become self sufficient with him at the center of our lives. So - my non toxic community sufficient homesteading journey began. It is now my goal to preserve our roots & encourage others to do the same while spreading his word and love!
